The Kansas City Chiefs have continued to bolster their offensive line after the loss of Eric Fisher and Mitchell Schwartz. Today the Kansas City Chiefs made a trade with the Baltimore Ravens for offensive tackle, Orlando Brown Jr. ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported the trade on Twitter:

So Baltimore gets an extra first while Kansas City gets an extra 2nd round this year. Baltimore adds a 2021 3rd and 4th pick. With this trade, the Chiefs shore up their right side of the line while Martinas Rankin and Lucas Niang battle for the LT position.

To be honest, this draft class is fairly deep and Kansas City could have waited till the draft and not lose too many future prospects and this haul is quite favorable towards Baltimore. Not a big fan with the trade especially because Baltimore is a team that is competing for the same position the Chiefs play for.

Trade Grade – B-
