What is the secret to the Raiders and Cardinals success?

Arizona has jumped out to a 4-0 record for the 2021 NFL Season. There must be something in the desert air, water, sand, heat or whatever else is breeding life into these teams in the South West.

Arizona has made some clever transactions in the past 3 years which has helped their stature to get them into their respective position. Adding A.J. Green this offseason, trading for DeAndre Hopkins, taking a chance on James Connor, and drafting Kyler Murray #1 overall in 2019.
Kliff Kingsbury could be the coach of the year while Steve Keim could get GM of the year. These two have been on the same page and focused on getting chemistry on the field and executing what works.
The Cardinals are a rose that rely on their strengths in the Arizona desert. That much is true.
Las Vegas Raiders
Las Vegas Raiders are sitting as one of the best teams in the NFL right now. At 4-0, they are the only undefeated team along with the Arizona Cardinals. It seems that Jon Gruden and Mike Mayock have something going in Vegas. It’s a bit of a shock considering most analysts and fans were about ready to write off Derek Carr, but he doesn’t have to do it all like many have thought he needed to.
Carr has not had a game where he has thrown for less than 380 yards and that is saying something considering it was against the Ravens, Steelers and Dolphins. Leading the AFC West outside of the Chiefs who are struggling, the Raiders could be the team to beat in that conference.
